Getting Started

How long does setup take?

Most clients are live within 5-7 business days.

Timeline:

  • Day 1: Discovery call (15 minutes)
  • Day 2-3: Platform setup and configuration
  • Day 4-5: Onboarding call and training
  • Day 6-7: Go live with full system

Elite packages may take 7-10 days due to additional customization.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

No problem. We handle all the technical setup for you.

We do: Platform configuration, automation setup, integration connections, workflow design

You do: Show up to the onboarding call, use the system we build

If you can send a text message, you can use our platform. We train you on only what you need to know.

Pricing & Billing

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Note: Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins, but monthly/annual subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Here's what you pay:

  • Setup fee: One-time, upfront (varies by package)
  • Monthly subscription: Recurring, billed in advance
  • Payment processing: Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (industry standard)
  • SMS/MMS: Included in your plan (we cover carrier costs)

No usage fees, no per-contact fees, no surprise charges.

Do you offer refunds?

Setup fees: Non-refundable once work begins.

Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime.

30-Day Performance Promise: If your system isn't working as configured within 30 days, we'll fix it at no charge. If we can't fix it, we'll refund your setup fee.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change plans at any time.

Upgrading: Takes effect immediately. You'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period.

Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period to ensure you get what you paid for.

Platform & Technical

Do I own my data?

Yes. You own 100% of your data.

This includes:

  • All contact information
  • Conversation history
  • Business files and documents
  • Payment records

You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, you can take your data with you.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We take security seriously.

  • Encryption: All data encrypted in transit and at rest
  • PIPEDA compliant: Meets Canadian privacy standards
  • Payment security: We don't store credit card info (processed by Stripe)
  • Regular backups: Your data is backed up automatically
What integrations do you support?

Can I use my own domain/phone number?

Yes to both.

Custom domain: You can use your existing domain for landing pages, booking pages, and client portals.

Phone number: You can use your existing business number or get a new dedicated number through the platform.

What happens if the platform goes down?

We run on enterprise-grade infrastructure with 99.9% uptime.

If there's downtime:

  • We're notified immediately and start fixing it
  • We'll notify you of any extended outages
  • Your data is always safe (automatic backups)

Most outages are resolved within minutes. Major incidents are rare but we're transparent when they happen.
